Your Mera Silk garment will be shipped from Auckland, NZ

 

NEW ZEALAND: Complimentary Shipping. Tracked service. North Island, 1-3 working days. South Island, 1-4 working days. 

AUSTRALIA:  Complimentary Shipping. Tracked service via DHL express. Allow 2-3 working days for delivery. 

REST OF WORLD:  $20 flat rate for 3-5 days tracked service via DHL express. Complimentary shipping on order over $500.

During peak promotional periods, please allow 3-5 business days for order dispatch. Your order is our top priority and will be en route at the earliest possible time.

Mera Silk offers track and trace delivery throughout New Zealand and Australia using NZ Post and DHL Express. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon collection of goods. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day the order is placed otherwise it will be the following business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day. All orders require a signature upon delivery, please ensure there is someone to sign for goods. 

Please note we do not post to PO Box addresses.

We are unable to re-route orders once they have been sent.

Delivery timeframes are just an indication and Mera Silk will not be held accountable for longer delivery times. Cancellations will not be accepted due to a delivery being late.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email and a hard copy will also be provided upon receiving your order. It is important to hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to exchange your purchase.

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are subject to duties and taxes determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. Mera Silk has no control over processing times or duty rates by Customs in each country. 

FRAUDULENT ORDERS

We reserve the right to place temporary hold or cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identify before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

LOST PARCELS

In the unfortunate event that a parcel is lost in transit, Mera Silk will replace or refund the item, once the investigation is completed. However, if the order can be tracked and traced to have arrived at its final destination, Mera Silk is not liable for the order.
